Fresh Plus promise, if the product purchased from our website by customers are not used or expired, and in the original box and/or packaging, customers will enjoy the “7 Days Free Reason for Return Policy”. Customers are required to submit the request through http://www.freshplus.sg/sales/guest/form/. In this case, customers need to bear the related delivery charge. However, regarding to the government policies, the following items will not be subjected to this “7 Days Free Reason for Return Policy”: (i) fresh or perishable products; (ii) Food Products; and (iii) Other products with no-refund nature.

If the product you purchased has any non-quality issue, such as the actual product different from the picture on the website or the package damage, you can call our hotline to apply for a refund. We will consider your case and get back to you within 2 working days.
